Surmia Historical Monument - Guild Wars Forums

been looking for this monument for ages to complete a quest but the mini map leads me to Ruins of Surmia but I can't find a monument anywhere.

Can anyone help!!??

when you split up from Rurick to go lower the bridge..you will cross the river...go up a hill..and the monument is there..if you go through the wall and up to the lever to lower the bridge..you have gone too far.

You have to be IN THE MISSION in Surmia to find the monument.

The bit about being in a mission! what if I am on a Quest will it still be there?

You haveto be doing the mission in order to find the monument. It is inside the mission area.

Once you hit the enter mission button, you won't be on a quest anymore.

You will not be on a quest while you are in the mission however your quest will update once you click on the monument.
